    The Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar is designed to be compatible with the L-2, L-3, and P-3 Series Power Racks, providing multiple grip options for varied upper-body workouts.


    This pull-up bar features eight 32mm grip positions, allowing for traditional, narrow, angled, and neutral grip pull-ups. With an inside length of 42 inches, it spans the entire width of your power rack, adding depth to your full-body workouts. The bar can be mounted with a 6.5-inch drop or increase, giving you flexibility in your training setup.


    By changing grip positions, you can adjust the difficulty and target specific muscle groups, making this attachment ideal for pull-ups, muscle-ups, and more.


    NOTE: If you purchased the L-2 Series Power Rack before October 2020 or the L-3 Series Power Rack before September 2022, this Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar will not be compatible.
